[wiki-research] study on how users employ wikitext

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knows about any research that examines how 
users of wikis employs wikitext. I'm particularly interested in work 
that examines whether people become more adept and use more advanced 
features over time, and the extent to which there are significant 
differences between contributors in terms of their wikitext expertise.

If anyone has any leads on papers in this area, please let me know.
