Hi, I don't. Surprisingly. Maybe this knowledge is hidden in a way in the
wikipedia history, because some users have accounts by name and their edits
contain syntax - which one can mine.
Maybe JWiki [1] is of some help. Hmm, it has no version access yet.
I would be very interested in any papers you find on that subject.
