Hi Sam,

I just added the page http://www.wikicreole.org/wiki/Converters as I
think it would be very helpful for many developers.  Since the whole
idea of Creole is that we do not have to reinvent the wheel each time
for each wiki, this should also hold true of converters.  Feel free to
edit the page if you feel it does not meet what you want and I ask
that anyone add their converters their if they have them.  Also, if
you feel a better name would be Tools, we could rename the page...
