[wiki-standards] Creole 1.0 proposed, discussion until 06-Jun-2007

We have listened to the community and have decided to reject the
previous proposal for Creole 1.0 and have renamed it [[Creole 0.7]].
Now we have a new proposal for [[Creole 1.0]] and welcome your
comments (both positive and negative).

Changes from [[Creole 0.6]]:
* replaced hyphen with asterisk for bullet lists
* added interwiki links
