No it doesn't. I am guessing this game would be in Flash. So you would 
have to connect TikiWiki to the Flash game to send the username/settings 
to the game and for the game to send the scores / settings to the user 
profile, stored in the DB. Then, you could make high scores in TikiWiki. 
We could make this a bit more generic about how Tiki interacts with a 
Flash application so it could be used not just for games.

We are getting very far from the topic of this list. I think it's better 
to use http://tikiwiki.org/tiki-forums.php for future questions :-)
