As far as Oddmuse goes, I implemented it with the goal of mounting the
wiki as an external drive using the OSX Finder or the Windows
Explorer. Neither worked 100%, however. The command line tool cadaver
(providing an ftp-like interface) worked perfectly, however. It seemed
to me that I would have to dive into the nitty gritty non-standard (or
at least surprising) OS-specific uses and interpretations of WebDAV,
and I did not want to go there, so I never continued working on it.
