Senior R&D Engineer at the BBC. Project lead on the Kamaelia project. Denizen of #twiki. Outcast from
http://twiki.org/ . Sole developer (at present) on Cerenity (a personal experiment to move wiki ideas beyond the web, to replace "plain text" with "plain HTML", to experiment with identity through behaviour ).
Ran a fork of TWiki called O'Wiki for 9 months before realising I disagreed with every design decision in the project, and scrapping the codebase. Many of the ideas developed in it and dev approach seem to have migrated to/been adopted by TWiki since then, though not in as liberal or integrated a fashion. (O'Wiki had a development branch called "CHAOS" that was treated in much the same fashion as a wiki is treated by contributors. Was a great mechanism for idea generation.)
Cerenity is under a low maintenance growth mode, and will probably have a growth spurt over the next couple of months :-) (This is largely due to the
non-web client being network aware now).
