Talk:What are the tasks of a wiki gardener?

Thinking about wiki gardening tonight. I think that we can compare real gardening with wiki gardening. Real gardener first prepare soil for plants (conditions for growth). This should be also the task for wiki gardener. Preparing conditions in organization for adoption and succesful use of wiki. This is much more and much more compley than just organizing and repairing content. What do you think?
